A BeyondMe nominee is a delegated person who has been asked to "activate" a loved ones account when they pass away. To accept someones nominee request all you have do is sign up for a free BeyondMe account (this takes around 30 seconds to do!) and hit the "accept here" button. We will then send you a unique activation code that must only be used to activate that persons account when they pass away. Keep this unique code safe.

BeyondMe premium members will be allowed up to 5 unique nominees.

Once you are a premium member you will be able to set up to 5 nominees who will hold a unique code to activate your account once you pass.

To submit their code, the nominee will need to go to the Activation page. Once they have entered the unique code, your account will receive notification that someone has tried to activate your page (suggesting you have passed). This will give you the opportunity to stop the activation if incorrect (i.e you are still alive).Your page will become active after 48 hours if you do not respond.

You can send multiple messages to the same person in one go. The benefit of this, allows you to write one message that is then received and repeated on the same date each year (ie someones birthday.) To do this, once you have set up your E-message you are given the option to repeat this message for as many years as you require. You can also set up as many unique individual E-messages as you would like and pay for these separately.

Currently there is no limit on how many E-messages you can send out.  

E-messages and Voice Messages are £2.00 for every E-message and voice message you set up.

Once you have uploaded your voice message you will not be able to change it. If you are having issues with uploading a voice messge please email us at info@beyond-me.co.uk and the team will get back to you.

If you cancel your account all your data will be cancelled including all your prepaid voice and E-messages. Go to the settings menu if you want to cancel your account.

All purchases throughout the BeyondMe website are non refundable. If you believe there was an error with your transaction please email us at info@beyond-me.co.uk and the team will get back to you.
